VYRA EDITION operates as an online resale boutique offering pre-owned luxury, designer items and top brands sourced through direct purchase or consignment.
3. Brand Sold Disclaimer
The brands featured on our website are not involved in the curation or sale of the items and hold no responsibility for them.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
VYRA EDITION is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of these brands.
4. Product Condition
All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear. Some items may not include original tags or packaging.
All products are sold “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and condition details; however, minor discrepancies may occur.
5. Authenticity
We guarantee that all items are 100% authentic and verified through internal or third-party authentication processes.
6. Pricing
Prices are determined based on brand, condition, demand, and market value.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
7. Orders & Payments
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Most of our items are one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we recommend completing your payment as soon as possible to secure your purchase.
While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer a suitable solution.
8. Promotions and Offers
All offers and/or promotions will be valid for the period indicated and communicated to the Customer by VYRA EDITION through any official available channel only.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
By participating in any promotion that provides more favorable conditions, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the product may sell out during the promotional period. Such situations do not imply any liability on the part of VYRA EDITION.
9. Intellectual Property
The brand VYRA EDITION, along with any related intellectual property elements (including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans, images, descriptions, graphics, audiovisual content, software, and written materials) displayed on the website and/or any affiliated social media platforms, are the exclusive property of the brand owner.
Access to or use of the website and/or any associated social media does not grant, by implication or otherwise, any license, authorization, or right to use any of the intellectual property without the prior written consent of VYRA EDITION. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and applicable intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.
Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, displaying, or creating derivative works from any of the intellectual property mentioned above.
9. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of lost or damage passes to the customer, to the extent permitted by the law.
VYRA EDITION, is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by third parties-carriers; however, we will assist in resolving such issues when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYRA EDITION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Nos esforzamos por describirlos con precisión, pero pueden existir variaciones menores.

7. Órdenes y pagos
Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar pedidos por fraude o errores. La mayoría de nuestros artículos son únicos. Por ello, recomendamos completar el pago lo antes posible para asegurar tu compra.
Aunque mantenemos el inventario actualizado, pueden ocurrir errores ocasionales. En esos casos, haremos todo lo posible por ofrecer una solución adecuada.
8. Promociones y Ofertas
Las ofertas y/o promociones tendrán la vigencia indicada y comunicada al Cliente por VYRA EDITION a través de cualquier medio oficial solamente.
Las promociones no son acumulables con otras ofertas o descuentos, salvo que se indique lo contrario.
Al participar en una promoción con condiciones más favorables, el Cliente acepta que los productos pueden agotarse durante su vigencia, sin que esto genere responsabilidad alguna para VYRA EDITION.
9. Envío y Transferencia de riesgo
Los tiempos de envió son estimados y no garantizados. Una vez que el pedido es entregado a la compañía transportadora, el riesgo de perdida o daño se transfiere al cliente en la medida permitida por la ley.
VYRA EDITION, no es responsable por retrasos o incidencias de la compañía transportadora, aunque brindara apoyo para su resolución.
10. Propiedad Intelectual
La marca VYRA EDITION, así como todos los elementos de propiedad intelectual asociados (incluyendo, entre otros, signos distintivos, logos, diseños, imagen comercial, lemas, imágenes, descripciones, material gráfico, audiovisual, informático y textos) presentes en el sitio web y/o en redes sociales vinculadas, son de propiedad exclusiva de su titular.
El acceso o uso del sitio web y/o de las redes sociales no implica, bajo ninguna circunstancia, la concesión de licencias, autorizaciones o derechos para el uso de dichos elementos sin el consentimiento previo y por escrito de VYRA EDITION.
