Return Policy VYRA EDITION

At VYRA EDITION, we operate under a circular fashion model. For this reason, all sales are final and no monetary refunds are issued.

Prior to purchase, customers have the right to request detailed information about any item, including photos, videos, or personalized assistance, to make an informed decision.

Non-refundable returns (consignment basis)

While returns for refunds are not accepted, in certain cases items may be accepted back under a consignment model, subject to evaluation.

In such cases:

• The customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping cost.
• No monetary refund will be issued; the item will be handled under VYRA’s current consignment terms

Consignment eligibility conditions

To be considered:

• The item must retain the VYRA EDITION tags as originally delivered
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• The request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery

After this period, requests will not be processed.

Exceptions

Returns with refund or no return shipping cost will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The wrong item was sent.

In such cases, VYRA EDITION will cover shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution.
